Overtime your favourite handbags or small leather goods tend to suffer from loose stitches, worn out zippers, stains or rips due to over-use or over-love. We offer free repairs on defective merchandise (hardware, zippers and workmanship) for a period of 12months from the date of original retail purchase.
User wear and tear from normal use (natural fading and softening of materials; stains, spots and spills; scratches and stretching from wear; damage to finishes or seams from friction) are excluded from warranty.

Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance fees on goods sent back to be repaired. We will take care of shipping and insurance fees on goods to be sent to the customer after being repaired.
