PRICING AND SHIPPING                     

Payments are made via Bank transfer, Paypal or Western Union money transfer with 70% deposit before production and balance paid before shipping.

All prices are exclusive of shipping costs, which will be determined depending on preferred

Delivery/Courier Company, location and the weight of items purchased.

Standard delivery to Rest of Africa, Europe, United Kingdom and USA is usually 3-14days.

PRODUCTS AND SWATCHES                 

All our products are produced in VERY LIMITED QUANTITIES in terms of materials and our production ethics. Images ie Material (Fabric, Leather and Color) used are for the purpose of this information and might not be available at the time of purchase but available swatches will be attached with the order sheet at the time of purchase.

Please note that pattern placement on the fabric for each bag may vary slightly from the image shown.

Kindly request for available Leather and Fabric swatches at the time of order.

RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS        

In case of faulty goods, we will exchange them or give you a full refund if they are returned within 14 days of receipt. We always ensure our products are made with key attention to details but in case of any fault,simply email us at info@oeclat.com with picture of the faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt of goods to advise whether you would like to make a return or exchange. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and properly checked. Exchange items are subject to product availability. Please note that we only exchange or refund faulty goods and the cost of returning the product is your responsibility and your chosen return method must include online tracking.

We do not assume responsibility for faulty or damaged goods returned after the 14-day return period has passed. Goods returned after this date may not be refunded and if refunded, only at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment and please note that you will be responsible for any bank or transfer charges incurred on payment refunds.

Bespoke Products that have been made to order are non refundable.
